Online registrations are now closed as we are relocating onsite to prepare for the Conference. Should you wish to register to attend, please download the registration form below and bring it with you to the Conference.

For all queries, including new registrations, please ask the staff at the registration desk when you arrive at the Conference. The registration desk will be located on the Parkside Foyer, Level 1 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre and will be operating at the following times:

Sunday 28 April 1600 – 1830
Monday 29 April 0700 – 1745
Tuesday 30 April 0700 – 1630

In response to strong support from the boating, marinas and boating safety sectors for the expansive program for the Marine13 International Conference and Exhibition, the Marine13 Organising Committee is pleased to offer a multiple-delegate registration initiative to support businesses and government agencies to send more than one delegate to this ground breaking event.  The first delegate will pay the full registration fee price, the second delegate will receive 10% off the full price, the third delegate will receive 20% off the full price and the fourth and subsequent delegates will receive 30% off the full price. IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Credit Card Payment Online

Please click here to register and book accommodation securely and in ‘real time’.

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.

Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by arinex’.

Cheque/Money Order Payments

If you are unable to pay by credit card please select the ‘cheque payment’ on the online registration form.

Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 28 March 2013. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Cheques are to be made payable to arinex on behalf of Marine13. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Faxing/Mailing Registrations

Faxed or posted registration forms will only be processed/ confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment are accompanied with the form.

You may not pay your fees by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.  At the Conference you will receive the final program, the Conference documentation and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers to marine13@arinex.com.au.

Registration Fees:

  • Before 28 February 2013 will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Before 14 March 2013 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • After 14 March 2013 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:

  • A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
  • One nights deposit is non-refundable from 26 March 2013.

Social:

  • Payments are non-refundable from 28 February 2013.

Tours:

  • Payments are non-refundable from 28 February 2013.

Disclaimer

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisations nor the meeting organisers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Entrance to Conference

Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

PRIVATE TOURING/HOSPITALITY ARRANGEMENTS

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
